Draft — to be reviewed by an attorney. This placeholder text is not final and is not legal advice. Bracketed items are to be filled in.

These terms govern your use of farelyhq.com and the Farely app provided by [Farely legal entity name] (“Farely”, “we”). By creating an account or using Farely you agree to them.

The service

Farely is billing and invoicing software for chauffeured-transportation operators. It is not dispatch software, and it does not provide transportation, insurance, or tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the rates, trips, invoices, and statements you send.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including licensing, consumer, tax, and gratuity rules.

Payments through Stripe

Online payments are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms. You are the merchant of record for payments from your customers and are responsible for refunds and disputes. Stripe charges its own processing fees.

Price and hosting

The Founding Customer license is $249 one-time and includes the first year of hosting; hosting then renews at $99 per year. [Renewal, cancellation, refund, and price-change terms to be written.]

Your data

You own the business records you put into Farely. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. [Data export and deletion on cancellation to be specified.]

Acceptable use

Don’t use Farely to break the law, send spam, misrepresent charges to customers, or attempt to access other operators’ data.

The demo

The public demo uses invented data and resets regularly. Don’t enter real personal or payment information in the demo.

Disclaimers and liability

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity to be drafted by counsel.]

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Questions: use the contact form. [Governing law and venue to be specified.]
