Why Farely exists
Farely is billing and invoicing software for limousine, black car, and party bus operators with 1–5 vehicles. It exists because small operators were stuck choosing between dispatch platforms built for big fleets and generic invoicing tools that don’t understand the trade.
Who is Farely for?
Owner-operators who run one to five vehicles — a couple of sedans and an SUV, a stretch, a party bus — take reservations by phone and text, and often drive themselves. They’re good at the ride. The paperwork afterwards is what eats their evenings.
What does Farely believe?
A few principles shape every decision:
- Do one job well. Farely turns a completed trip into a correct, paid invoice. It is deliberately not dispatch software.
- Speak the trade’s language. Reservations, trips, chauffeurs, house accounts, statements, gratuity, STC — not “orders” and “jobs”.
- Your money is yours. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Farely never holds funds and takes no cut of invoices or tips.
- Correct to the cent. Every price is calculated from your rate sheet the same way every time, and every manual change is recorded.
- Fair, simple pricing. A one-time price and a yearly hosting fee, not another monthly subscription.
